Ok kinda run down

Good food. I had a beef Chimichunga. Not what we are used to being native Californians, but tasty and well prepared.

Whole restaurant is a bit sketchy. Food is mediocre at best. And our orders were not correct probably from communication problems. Bathrooms are not clean; even faucet wasn't secure.

This place was surprisingly fun. It helps when you have great company. They had karaoke on Friday night. I didn't eat, as I gauged off their salsa. The food looked a Lil milquetoast compared to west coast Mexican, tho' the restaurant is operated by Mexican's. So, I'm sure it's a great spot if you're from the east coast.

The place is absolutely amazing!!!! The food is phenomenal!!! The service is great!!! Couldn't have asked for a better reasonably price Mexican Restaurant!!! My recommendations are the Tacos de Carne Asada w/ corn tortillas. Very authentic with the special red sauce that comes with it.

This is one of my stops for Mexican food when I'm in the Southside area. I only had one "meh" experience here, but every other time has been good.

The worst Mexican restaurant everrrr!!!! And they charged 15% tip!😡 food was cold! Loud music! Refused to turn it down! Micheladas taste like plain tomatoe juice!! Oh and the cheese dip had no flavor and was it was cold!!! 💩

Had a late lunch, was probably the worst Mexican food we have ever been served. The tortilla chips were thick and cold, no refill on the tasteless salsa offered. Main dishes were bland and runny, service was pleasant but only returned to ask if we were finished. Will never go there again.

This is by far my favorite restaurant!! They are always friendly, great atmosphere and they have never disappointed with the food it is truly authentic and amazing!!

Feel sorry for cook and manager , seem very good , but took up to 2 hours to serve the food , waiters seemed like nice people , food quality wasnt what i expected though, they can do better , all seemed kinda rushed

II have eaten here for years but can't do it anymore. Place is dirty, food quality is awful. Place just isn't what it used to be at all. It's a shame because I like the manager...

Taco bell has better food. The service is the worst I've ever seen. It took 40 minutes to get out food. The food is to pricey. The waiters don't understand a word you are saying. Never will I come back or recommend this to anyone. Worst experience ever

The service was terrible. The whole place was nasty. The bathrooms were nasty. Chips were cold and old. Never again.

The carpet was awful and filthy, the ceilings were dirty, the menus were dirty, it smelled like a dirty rag and the food was bland. I was not impressed. This place needs a "Restaurant Impossible" makeover.

I never knew there was a such thing as a bad Mexican restaurant. This place is just that, bad. Perhaps even terrible! Worst Mexican food I've ever had, even down to the storebought salsa that they use.

They tried to charge me 10$ more of tips ... it should be ur choice to give tips ... the cheese dip was cold .... music was to loud ... michelada tasted strait like tomatoe... won't go back ever !

CANCUN ON BROAD STREET IS ONE OF THE BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANTS IN CHATTANOOGA. I REMEMBER GOING TO EAT THERE WHEN THEY WERE ACROSS FROM LONG JOHNS...20 YEARS AGO. WHEN A BUSINESS IS STILL OPEN, ESPECIALLY A RESTAURANT, YOU KNOW IT'S GOOD. GO SEE RAOUL!

This is the worst Mexican restaurant ever. Its a shame for any Mexican to have these kinda places represent our food. Mexican food is freshness, flavor, basically a party in your mouth. This place is disgusting from when you walk in to when you leave. Everything about it was horrendous. Needs to be torned down, burned or condemned. How in God's name this place is open is a mystery to me. The restaurant is filthy in full view, the restrooms are disgusting,the waiter was rude. Who are they paying off to pass the inspections!!??!! Seriously...I walked out taking antibiotics before anything attacked my system.Its a disgrace to my race.

I love Mexican food and when I saw this place I was excited. When I walked through the door the entry way was dirty. The wall were dirty, the air vents were dirty, the paint was flaking off the walls at the booth and the Christmas decorations were still up. The food was good. The wait staff was friendly. It just makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like.

I wish there was a way to score in the negatives!!! This place is GROSS! My boyfriend and I tried this place last week and were absolutely DISGUSTED!!!! We tried looking beyond the horrendous entryway with the disgusting fish tank and then tried to ignore the holes in the floor, the dirty table, and the fact that No one else was eating there, but once they brought out the salsa bowls with dried old food stuck to the bottoms I could no longer hold it together to be polite. We had to lie and say that we were just in the mood for a burger. I cannot believe his place is still in business was!!!!!😟

We went here for my husbands birthday dinner and it was awesome. The food is to die for. We had filets and shrimp and it was out of this world. The dessert was yummy chocolate mouse and they added a candle for my husbands birthday. Definitely would recommend this place and will return.
